This year for Lent I gave up processed and packaged foods. Due to some insane headaches that I needed some bread to help me absorb pain killers and a pandemic that changed the way people were distributing food, it didn't quite go to plan. But I ultimately did have a change in heart about how much carbon my food is responsible for.
